L&#8217;espiraci\u00f3 \u00e9s llarga i profunda, deixem anar tot l&#8217;aire fins al final, augmentant la pressi\u00f3 a l&#8217;hara. la inspiraci\u00f3 seg\u00fcent es produeix de manera natural i espont\u00e0nia, sense esfor\u00e7 (el\u00e0stica).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En posar l&#8217;\u00e8mfasi en una espiraci\u00f3 llarga i t\u00e8nue des de l&#8217;hara, frenem les tensions i els pensaments compulsius. No busquem controlar l&#8217;aire, sin\u00f3 permetre que el cos respiri a trav\u00e9s nostre.
